We are happy to share our passion for daily yoga, breathing and meditation. Expect personal coaching, deep learning, Ayurvedic massage therapy and healthy food to get your energy on a higher plane!

MASSAGE
Your retreat or holiday will be even more rejuvenating when you take the time for a healing warm oil massage. Valérie is an experienced massage therapist and loves to see you with a relaxed and happy smile after your treatment.

Ayurvedic Oil Massage: 1 hour 45€
Foot massage: Kansu (5 metals bowl) and hands: 1hour 45€

Personal guidance/Health therapy: 70€ first consultation + report – 45€ follow ups

Creative Coaching

She’s a multidisciplinary artist who focus mainly on visual, plastic and performance art.
Personalised creativity coaching can help you channeling your creative forces and unlock barriers that as artists, creators, doers, may come across.
My aim as a creativity coach is to guide you to discover your creative potential and how to flow spontaneously with it using different technics.
In your personalised workshop we can explore improvisation skills, that includes ancient Greek dance and theatre miming, painting and color therapy.
We are so happy with this collaboration as yoga unlocks a lifeforce which can be expressed in different fields of creativity.
You can book a session with her during your retreat for 55€/session (1,5h).
