black lentils

Whenever I come home from teaching yoga, I always feel sooo hungry! I am that kind of person that becomes ‘hangry’ too, if I don’t get my food straight away. So I like to have some things prepared already in the fridge, so I can make a wholesome meal in a jiffy.

Most of the times, I just improvise away and it turns out ok in 99% of the cases. On other days it is even more than ok, and that’s what I like to share with you guys.https://googleads.g.doubleclick.net/pagead/ads?client=ca-pub-2885536594494978&output=html&h=280&adk=1019990531&adf=3276180967&w=625&fwrn=4&fwrnh=100&lmt=1623938153&rafmt=1&psa=1&format=625×280&url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.planetohm.be%2Fquick-black-lentils-greens-red-beetroot-and-sheep-feta%2F&flash=0&fwr=0&rpe=1&resp_fmts=3&wgl=1&dt=1623938152404&bpp=5&bdt=290&idt=715&shv=r20210615&cbv=%2Fr20190131&ptt=9&saldr=aa&abxe=1&cookie=ID%3D60276ff380e5205f-22b40af9f8c80045%3AT%3D1623929930%3ART%3D1623929930%3AS%3DALNI_Ma2Axk-0tWuSP3WSqun7UE9wvbBvA&prev_fmts=0x0&nras=1&correlator=1113679931682&frm=20&pv=1&ga_vid=2132973726.1623322380&ga_sid=1623938153&ga_hid=1002614112&ga_fc=0&ga_cid=1340004362.1623929932&u_tz=120&u_his=16&u_java=1&u_h=900&u_w=1440&u_ah=877&u_aw=1440&u_cd=24&u_nplug=1&u_nmime=3&adx=68&ady=1370&biw=1104&bih=957&scr_x=0&scr_y=0&eid=42530671%2C21066428%2C21066433&oid=3&pvsid=749533439228933&pem=875&ref=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.planetohm.be%2Fcategory%2Ffood%2F&eae=0&fc=1920&brdim=130%2C23%2C130%2C23%2C1440%2C23%2C1180%2C877%2C1104%2C957&vis=1&rsz=%7C%7CpeEbr%7C&abl=CS&pfx=0&fu=128&bc=31&ifi=2&uci=a!2&btvi=1&fsb=1&xpc=Q3s46DbhH7&p=https%3A//www.planetohm.be&dtd=729

For this lunch or dinner, I had some precooked black lentils that I soaked and cooked the day before. I came home and went to my little garden, where I picked some kale (boerenkool) and chard (snijbiet). These could be replaced by spinach or other green cabbage.

It took me 5 minutes to prepare the lunch, for real!!
